You can take a 45 minute ride by bus No.20 to Llao-Llao resort, from where there is a chairlift to Cerro Campanario (10$). From there, there are beautiful views of Puerto Panuelo and Isla Victoria. You can also take a tour:Circuito Chico starts at km 18.3 and it takes you around Lago Moreno Oeste, past Punto Panoramico and through Puerto Panuelo and Llao-Llao. You can arrange it with tour companies.
