A friend of mine stayed at the Res San Jorge which you can reach by taking bus 3 or 10 from the bus station to San martin y Malvinas. You can choose a room with a bath or without (and it's cheaper), you have central heating, parking, laundry and some kitchen facilities. You can get good advice for activities and excursions from the owner.
