I'm glad you chose to spend your holiday like this, couldn't do something better in Puerto Madryn. Go to Hydrosport, serious agency, good and performant eguipment. When i went there i could swim with dolphins which was just great. It's $50 for beginners, tel 457014, not open in Jan and Feb.
