Saw you want a hostel with internet. A friend of mine told you could find something like this at Huefur, Mitre 798, T453224. To be fair, I don't know how fast the speed is... But the rest is okay. If you're from abroad and speak English then you should't worry... the personnel does too. A room costs around $10.
