There are several ski resorts around Mendoza one of which is Vallecito open during the season (July-September). You can find a ski lodge, a ski school, 4 refugios and a restaurant there (Armando). The Gran Hotel (quite expensive, 66-99$) also serves meals. If you don't have money for a hotel, there is the ACA camping site.
