One thing you should not miss is visiting the several wineries or 'bodegas' (how locals name them) in town.The best season to visit is March-April when the wine is actually done. You should check the Tourist Office for visiting times. For example, go to la Colina de Oro, one of the largest wineries in the world but check before if it is open.You'll get ashort tour followed by a nice tasting.to get there, from the terminal platform 42 or 43 take bus 150 marked Maipu.
