I only know of this youth hostel for people that are travelling on a budget. It's called Pergamino and you can find it on Tucuman. It is exactly near the terminal. The people are pretty friendly there and the atmosphere is nice. Oh, the most important thing:it's clean! If you have a IYHA card you get a small discount. It's maximum 20$ a night.
