Last year I was at Belgrano Hotel but there was no heating so i felt a little cold during the night. In case you want to try it it's at San Martin 1001, T42019, and a room costs $30-$40. Another option would be Santa Cruz, on Belgrano where you'll find heat but the bath is shared. Here it's cheaper (from $20 to $30).
