There is a resort near Cordoba which is called Villa Carlos Paz and where people from the city go to have fun. There are all kinds of tours available there, for example to the dams on the lake or launch trips. You can also go up the Cerro de la Cruz (with a chair lift) from where there is a nice view of the town. There is a bus there every 15 minutes in summer.
