I'm recommending Instituto de Lengua Espanola para Extranjeros, which you can easily find on Av Callao. They charge 19$ per hour or, if you want to learn in a group it's 12$. If you want to find out more visit their web page at www.ilee.com.ar. Good luck learning Espanol!
