Try at CiberCity internet cafe, it's on Lavalle 491. be there between 8 am and 11 pm, from Monday to Saturday. they charge about 4 $ per hour. On Maure 1886, Belgrano there is Cybercafe charging about the same price. a cheaper one is at Dos H's Bar, on Viamonte 636, like 3 $ per hour.
