Try at the Municipal office in the Municipalidad de Buenos Aires, they offer an excellent free booklet about the city centre and for maps there's a library on 4th floor. The office is on Sarmiento 1551, on 5th floor, open Monday to Friday, between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm. For further details call 4374 7533.
