On Reconquista y Mitre there is Lloyds LSB Bank (BLSA) Ltd, that offers service for Visa, cash, both in US dollars and pesos. Then on Florida y Sarmiento, there is Bank of Boston, cash advances against credit cards,.it works between 10 am, and 5 pm. The Citibank, on B Mitre 502, change only Citicorps Tcs cheques, also Visa and Mastercard.
