The Zoological Garden of Buenos Aires is on Las Haras y Sarmiento, just opposite the Palermo Parks, and it's open from Tuesday to Friday between 10 am and 5:30 pm, with guided tours available. As a tip, just visit early or late, when animals are not sheltering from the sun.
