masako's question:
What should I know before visiting the Palacio del Congreso in Buenos Aires?(give a different answer) .
At the end of Av de Mayo there is Palacio del Congres (Congress Hall), a huge Greco-Roman building housing the seat of the legislature. There's limited access for the public at sittings announced a week in advance. Passes are given in Anexo 10 min before session, also passports are required. The English guided tours are on Monday, Tuesday and Friday at 4 pm, where the Congress is not sitting.
