You can find the Old Congress Hall of Buenos Aires (Antiguo Congreso Nacional), on the south side of the Plaza de Mayo. It was built between 1864 and 1905 and now it is a National Monument. There are organized free guided tours on every Thursday, be there between 3 pm and 5 pm.
