I wouldn't say there is one more beautiful than the other, each plaza of Buenos Aires has something distinctive. Plaza de la Fuerza Aerea has an interesting clock tower presented by British and Anglo- Argentine residents, then there is the Plaza del Congreso ,the largest in the city, with a nice waterfall, floodlit at 21:45, and there is Plaza de la Republica, with a 67 m obelisk commemorating the 400th anniversary of the city's founding.
