Alvear Palace of Buenos Aires

Posted 1 year ago by jhony in response to simonetty's question: Hello! Please tell me a fashionable hotel in the Recoleta district of Buenos Aires...Thank you (give a different answer) .

Did you try at the Alvear Palace, on 1891 Avenida Alvear? it's really classy, with Louis XVIth style furniture brought directly from France. They also have a roof garden and a restaurant serving French traditionals - La Bourbogne, that's the name if I remember well. Last year it was damn expensive, 410$ for a double room, with some more 100$ if you feel like having dinner at La Bourbogne. But if you can afford it, why not?
